Refunds are subject to the event’s Terms and Conditions. Each organizer may have different policies, so please review the Terms and Conditions listed on the event page before purchasing.

What if I didn’t receive my ticket?

Check your email (including spam/junk folders). If it’s not there, log into the YallaPass app to view your tickets, or contact our support.

How can I buy a ticket on YallaPass?

Visit the YallaPass app or website, choose your event, select your ticket type, and pay securely using Amwal Pay.

Yes! YallaPass supports events across all major cities in Oman and is continuously expanding.

What is YallaPass?

YallaPass is a modern ticketing platform built for Oman’s vibrant event scene. We connect event organizers with audiences by making ticket purchasing fast, secure, and fun.

How do I enter the event with my ticket?

Just show your QR code from the YallaPass app at the entrance. No printing needed!

How do I create and publish my event?

Sign in to your organizer account, fill in the event details, upload images and media, set ticket types, and submit it for review. Your event will be published once it’s approved by the YallaPass Super Admin.

How can I track ticket sales?

YallaPass provides real-time sales tracking from your organizer dashboard. You can also export reports for deeper insights.

How does payment work for organizers?

All ticket payments are processed through Amwal Pay. After your event ends, your earnings will be transferred to your registered bank account based on our payout schedule.

Can I add staff to help manage the event?

Yes! YallaPass allows you to add staff with role-based access like ticket scanning, entrance control, and support through the dedicated organizer app.
