1. Definitions

  • “YallaPass”: The ticketing platform operated under the YallaPass brand.
  • “User”: Any individual using the platform to browse, purchase, or manage event tickets.
  • “Organizer”: An individual or entity creating and managing events on YallaPass.
  • “Event”: Any show, concert, gathering, or activity promoted through the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You agree to use YallaPass only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Users must be 18 years of age or older or have guardian consent to use the platform.

3. Ticket Purchases and Payment

  • All purchases are securely processed through Amwal Pay.
  • Prices are set by event organizers and may include taxes or additional service charges.
  • Once a purchase is confirmed, tickets are issued electronically.

4. Ticket Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, your ticket will be sent via WhatsApp or email, based on the contact information you provided during checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your email address and phone number.
  • YallaPass is not liable for delays or failure to deliver tickets due to incorrect or outdated contact details.
  • We recommend saving a digital copy or printing your ticket to present at the event entrance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • YallaPass is a ticketing platform and does not determine refund or cancellation policies. These are defined by the event organizer.
  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled, YallaPass will notify users using the contact information on file.
  • Refunds may be processed (excluding service fees) depending on the organizer’s policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, partial attendance, or dissatisfaction with the event experience.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the platform, replicate digital tickets, or attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access.
  • You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute any content or ticket without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on YallaPass, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by YallaPass. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • YallaPass does not guarantee the quality, safety, or content of any event.
  • We are not responsible for changes made by organizers or issues at the venue.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk, and YallaPass is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.

9. Third-Party Links

YallaPass may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

10. Privacy Policy

Use of YallaPass is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Omani Cyber Crimes Law.

11. Modifications to Terms

YallaPass reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or app, and continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Oman.
