Returns & Cancellations

Effective Date: 22 March 2025

This policy governs the rules and procedures for cancellations, refunds, and returns for tickets and services purchased via the YallaPass Website and Mobile App.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales on YallaPass are considered final, unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. YallaPass provides the platform for ticketing and payment but is not responsible for setting refund or cancellation policies — this is determined by each event organizer.

2. Event Organizer Cancellations

If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled:
- YallaPass will inform all affected ticket holders using the contact details on file.
- Refunds may be automatically processed or made available upon request, depending on the organizer’s policy.
- In case of event cancellation, YallaPass will support the organizer in refunding the ticket amount, excluding any non-refundable service fees or third-party payment charges.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your ticket:
- You must check the specific event’s cancellation policy, which may allow or deny cancellations.
- If allowed, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the YallaPass app or website under “Your bookings”.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.

4. No-Shows or Partial Attendance

No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to attend an event.
- Partial attendance (e.g., leaving early or arriving late).
- Dissatisfaction with the event experience, unless a full cancellation was initiated by the organizer.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Service charges, payment processing fees, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless otherwise mandated by law or explicitly stated by the organizer.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), YallaPass will assist event organizers in communicating with customers and processing refunds when applicable — but shall not be held financially liable for any losses.
